How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders require 1 business day for processing and typically take 4–5 business days for shipping. The estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days in total, depending on your location and carrier performance.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.95 per order for all eligible deliveries within the continental United States.

Do you ship outside the United States or to P.O. Boxes?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

How can I track my order after it ships?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as the only payment method for all purchases made on our website.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?

No. You can pay through PayPal using a supported credit or debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account, depending on PayPal’s policies and regional availability.

Is my payment information secure when I place an order?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, and we do not store or have access to your PayPal login credentials or full financial details.

When am I eligible for a refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if your item is returned in accordance with our Return Policy, arrives damaged or defective, or if your order is canceled within the allowed timeframe before processing begins.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
